A Report of 2 Cases of Typical Hiatal Hernia



Abstract
The hiatal hernia is the most common hernia among the hernias of abdominal organs through diaphragm. It has been estimated that it occurs in 10% of the overall adult populatin of the United States and in 33% or more of those over. age 50 years. However, it has been our impression that hiatal hernia is very rare in Korea. Two cases of radiologically typial hiatal hernia were observed. One was 67 year old Korean female and another was 64 years old chinese female.
